Who Provides the App
Dimple Park is provided by Dimple Park Interactive. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Dimple Park Interactive. References to "you" mean the person using the app.
License to Use Dimple Park
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Dimple Park on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable App Store rules.
The app is licensed, not sold. No ownership right in the app, its content, or its technology is transferred to you.
Game Experience
Dimple Park is a tactile, single-player terrain puzzle. It includes bundled routes, deterministic game rules, hints, undo, replays, practice drills, local custom mats, visual styles, progress tracking, and comfort settings.
Game progress and outcomes are for entertainment only. They have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, sold, or transferred.
Acceptable Use
You may use Dimple Park for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not:
- copy, redistribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass, or interfere with security or technical limits, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use the app or its content to infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- misrepresent your relationship with Dimple Park Interactive; or
- use the app in a way that violates applicable law.
Custom Mats and Notes
Dimple Park lets you create custom mats and write private replay or practice notes. This material stays on your device under normal app operation. You retain responsibility for what you create and must not use the feature for unlawful or infringing material.
Custom mats and notes are not uploaded, published, moderated, or shared by Dimple Park Interactive.
Local Data and Device Changes
Progress, attempts, bookmarks, drills, custom mats, and preferences are stored locally. You are responsible for maintaining your device and backups. Removing the app, resetting data, changing devices, restoring a backup, or an operating-system event may alter or remove local information.
Available reset controls are described before confirmation. Some reset actions cannot be undone.
Privacy
Dimple Park does not require mandatory account registration to enjoy puzzles. The separate Dimple Park Data Pledge explains the app's local storage and data practices.
Ownership
Dimple Park, including its software, game rules as expressed in the software, level content, text, interface, names, visual presentation, and other supplied materials, is owned by Dimple Park Interactive or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Apple and Apple product names are trademarks of Apple Inc. Dimple Park Interactive is responsible for Dimple Park; Apple is not the provider of the app.
Updates and Availability
We may release updates to improve compatibility, reliability, accessibility, content, or game balance. Features may change as the app evolves. Continued availability can depend on supported hardware, operating-system versions, and App Store distribution.
You are responsible for installing updates and maintaining a compatible device.
No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dimple Park is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device configuration, or immune from local data loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dimple Park Interactive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of local game records, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from inability to use the app.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent allowed by applicable law. These limits do not apply where prohibited by consumer-protection law.
Suspension and Termination
This license ends if you materially violate these terms. When the license ends, you must stop using and remove the app. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including ownership, warranty limits, and liability limits, remain effective.
Apple App Store Terms
Your use of Dimple Park is also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these Terms of Play conflict with mandatory App Store terms, the mandatory App Store terms control to the extent of the conflict.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Dimple Park. Any support obligation described by these terms belongs to Dimple Park Interactive, subject to applicable law.
Governing Rules and Severability
These terms are governed by applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms when the app, law, or distribution requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
