Data Pledge

Privacy policy for Dimple Park on iPhone.

Effective and last updated September 9, 2026
Tactile Gameplay. Local Storage. Player First.

Dimple Park is designed to deliver a calm and focused puzzle experience. Dimple Park Interactive does not collect, sell, rent, or share personal information through the app.

1. Scope

This policy explains how the Dimple Park iPhone app handles information. It applies to version 1.0 and later versions unless a revised policy states otherwise.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal identity data through Dimple Park. The app does not require account registration or social sign-in.

Dimple Park does not request access to contacts, photos, cameras, microphones, location, health information, calendars, Bluetooth devices, or local networks.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

The app saves game information locally so that play can resume and personal choices remain available.

Current playThe active mat, remaining actions, undo history, and pause state.
Route recordsAttempts, replay actions, bookmarks, and player-written notes.

This information is not transmitted to Dimple Park Interactive.

4. How Local Information Is Used

Local information is used only to operate the game: restore a paused mat, show progress, rebuild replays, suggest practice drills, preserve custom creations, recover from malformed local files, and apply accessibility or comfort settings.

5. Sharing and Sale

We do not receive the app's local game puzzle solutions or player notes, so we do not sell or share them. We do not sell player data to data brokers or advertising networks.

6. Device Backups

Your operating system may include app data in a device backup according to your Apple device and iCloud settings. Apple controls those backup services under its own terms and privacy practices. Dimple Park Interactive does not operate or access those backups.

7. Retention and Deletion

Local data remains on your device until you remove it. The Settings screen provides separate controls to restart the current mat, erase custom mats, or reset progress, attempts, drills, and bookmarks. Deleting Dimple Park removes its app container according to iOS behavior. Device backups may follow the retention settings of your Apple account.

8. Children's Privacy

Dimple Park is a general-audience puzzle game and does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults. The app does not provide public profiles, chat, content sharing, or user-to-user communication.

9. Security

Keeping game records on the device limits exposure to remote services. You are responsible for protecting access to your iPhone and any device backups. No storage method can guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Choices

You can play without an account or consent screen. You can change comfort settings at any time and remove local game records using the controls in Settings. Because we do not receive personal data from the app, we do not maintain a remote profile to access, correct, export, or delete.

11. Policy Changes

If Dimple Park's data practices change, this policy will be updated before the relevant app version is released. The effective date at the top of the document identifies the current version.

12. Contact

Questions about this policy can be directed to Dimple Park Interactive through the Dimple Park Player Help Desk published as the app's Support URL in the App Store.
